~ Paloma ~ Margarita Recipe
Sip and Enjoy this Paloma Margarita
Our favorite margarita to make for its simplicity and for taste. This super simple recipe is a classic and also very popular in Mexico. Made best with a grapefruit soda that uses cane sugar. You will also need coarse sea salt to make the classic Paloma cocktail. Muddling cucumber and other fruit can also be a great way to put a fun twist on this classic.
- 2oz Abre Ojos Silver
- 1/2oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- Pinch of Coarse Sea Salt
- 4oz of Grapefruit Soda ( Jarritos )
No shaking needed just add ice to your glass, then add the pinch of coarse sea salt. Squeeze 1/2 ounce of lime juice and also the 1/2 ounce of grapefruit juice. Pour the Abre Ojos Silver in and top the glass off with the Jarritos grapefruit soda.
